Disappointed in the change
I’ve been an avid user of these products for over 10 years specifically the original hemp lips, until recently when the product has definitely changed from the tint of yellow to clear to the texture and the overall product it doesn’t aid the lips the same way either. It’s very apparent the product changed

Hempz lip balm
I am obsessed with this lip balm. I wear it constantly and no other lip balm will do. Unfortunately this lip balm does not age well. Also heat will completely ruin it. When it goes bad it becomes thin and gritty, like sand. The darker the color (yellow/green), the fresher it is. I was extremely disappointed when my lip balm arrived almost colorless. I thought buying directly from Hempz would guarantee freshness, but sadly this was not the case.
