We ship to all 50 United States, as well as Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, US territories, and Air Force Bases. Please note that Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, and Air Force Bases will require longer delivery times.
At this time, we are not shipping outside of the United States.

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?
Please reach out to the carrier for information regarding the delivery. When contacting them, please provide the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email so that they may better assist you.
Hempz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. When inputting a shipping address, please enter one that is both safe and accurate to ensure your package arrives.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Hempz.com purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a product, we will gladly accept a return for items bought on Hempz.com within 30 days of your purchase.
To return a product purchased at Hempz.com, please follow the below steps.

Include a brief description of why you're returning the product
We will credit your account for the original purchase amount (minus any additional shipping charges) once we determine that your order is eligible for return and when we receive the items you are returning. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for incorrect information entered during checkout, including the wrong address, or if a customer changes their mind. Also, please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
PLEASE NOTE: Select items are marked final sale. These items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
Do I need a receipt to return my purchase?
No—you just need your order number. You will find it on the order confirmation email you received after purchasing from us.

Is there a time limit on accepting returns?
Yes, returns must be requested by emailing support@hempz.com within 30 days of the original purchase.
Will you accept returns for items purchased at other retailers?
No. Hempz cannot accept returns for items purchased from retailers other than Hempz.com including hair salons, e-commerce sites other than Hempz.com, and unauthorized retailers. These items must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the return policies of the originating retailer.
