To return a product purchased at Hempz.com, please follow the below steps.
We will credit your account for the original purchase amount (minus any additional shipping charges) once we determine that your order is eligible for return and when we receive the items you are returning. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for incorrect information entered during checkout, including the wrong address, or if a customer changes their mind. Also, please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
PLEASE NOTE: All sales of permanently marked down items are final sale. These items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
Do I need a receipt to return my purchase?
No—you just need your order number. You will find it on the order confirmation email you received after purchasing from us.

Yes, returns must be requested by emailing support@hempz.com within 30 days of the original purchase.
Will you accept returns for items purchased at other retailers?
No. Hempz cannot accept returns for items purchased from retailers other than Hempz.com including hair salons, e-commerce sites other than Hempz.com, and unauthorized retailers. These items must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the return policies of the originating retailer.
