Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Hempz.com purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a product, we will gladly exchange or refund items bought on Hempz.com within 30 days of the delivery of your order.

To return or exchange a product purchased at Hempz.com, please follow the below steps.

  • Email us at support@hempz.com
  • Include the order number (found on your order confirmation email) in the subject line
  • Include a brief description of why you're dissatisfied with the product

    We will credit your account for the original purchase amount (minus any additional shipping charges) once we determine that your order is eligible for return and once we receive the items you are returning. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

    We are not responsible for incorrect information entered during checkout, including the wrong address, if a customer changes their mind, or if the package does not arrive by a certain date the customer has in mind that is earlier than our shipping estimates. Also, please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. We cannot cancel or refund your order if you made a a mistake while placing it.

    Hempz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. When inputting a shipping address, please enter one that is both safe and accurate to ensure your package arrives.

     PLEASE NOTE: All sales of permanently marked down items are final sale. These items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
