This sweepstakes ("Promotion") may only be entered in or from the 50
United States and the District of Columbia.

1. How to Enter

To enter, visit https://hempz.com/pages/new-signup-offers ("Website") to fill out and submit the entry form (the “Entry Form”). All entrants must have a valid email address. Entrants must enter all items in the Entry Form. Each entrant will get one (1) entry per person/household. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor (as defined below) and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic. Only fully completed Entry Forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years or older and of the legal age of majority as of the Promotion Start Date (as defined below). Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of PBIGROUP, LLC ("Sponsor"), MELIÁ HOTELS INTERNATIONAL, S.A. ("Prize Provider"), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers, and/or distributors of Promotion materials (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Promotion. The respective immediate families (parents, children, siblings, or spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of any employee, officer, or director of any Promotion Entity are also not eligible to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Promotion Start/End Dates

Sweepstakes starts on September 15th, 2025 at 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time and ends on October 15th, 2025 at 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time.

4. Random
Drawing/Odds

Sponsor will draw one winner during the period of the sweepstakes. On or about: Monday, October 17th, 2025 Sponsor will select potential winner to win the Prize (as defined below) in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.

5. Prize

● One (1) Prize Package (“Prize”) 

○ Consisting
of a four (4)-night all-inclusive stay for two (2) adults at Meliá Punta Cana Beach Wellness Inclusive - Adults Only (“Resort”)  

○ All-inclusive includes all meals, beverages, non-motorized water sports, entertainment, fitness classes, taxes, gratuities, and service charges.

○ Two Roundtrip Air Gift Cards of $500 per person, $1,000 total. 

○ $500 gift card for Hempz.com

○ Total ARV = $3,000  The ARV of the Prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the Prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize items. Unclaimed Prizes may not be awarded.

 ● Terms and Conditions

○ All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Prize description, including but not limited to taxes, ground transportation, spa treatments, excursions, discretionary premium meal service and specialty wine list, and other costs, fees, or surcharges, will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

○ The winner will have up to one year
from the Prize being awarded to complete travel; if unredeemed, no extensions will be granted.

○ The Winner is not permitted to substitute the prizes for cash or any other alternatives. The prizes are also not transferable to any other person.

○ The Prize is subject to availability, holidays, and blackout dates at the time of fulfillment. Special events excluded. This Prize does not include any additional guests or extra room nights, is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and cannot be extended.

○ Reservations must be confirmed at least 30 days prior to travel dates.

○ The Prize Provider has the right to substitute the Prize offered for a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

○ Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events (including airline flights) beyond its control. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, those related to air transportation, ground transportation, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, security fees, or taxes are solely the responsibility of Winner and Guest.

○ Promotion Entities are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay or in the event Winner and/or Guest miss a scheduled airline flight (through no fault of Promotion Entities or due to a force majeure event).

6. Notification/Winner Responsibilities

Potential winner will be notified via email on or about Wednesday, September 17th, 2025 and may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and a Release of Liability ("Winner Eligibility Documents") within seven (7) of Prize notification.

Winner and Guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license or passport) required for travel to destination. Winner and Guest must, at all times, conduct themselves in an appropriate and well-behaved manner during stay at Resort; if Resort management determines in their sole discretion that Winner and Guest have violated this provision, stay will be immediately terminated, and neither Sponsor nor Prize Provider will have any liability to Winner and Guest in connection with such termination.

7. Conditions

Participation in the Promotion constitutes each entrant's permission for Sponsor to use their first name and city and state. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and all Promotion Entities from any liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, or expense whatsoever in connection with participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize.

8. Additional Terms

In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control affect the integrity of the Promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties

IN NO EVENT WILL THE PROMOTION ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PRIZE. THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

11. Release of Social Media Platforms.

Each entrant acknowledges that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Twitter Inc., or TikTok Inc. (the “Social Media Platforms”). Each entrant releases each Social Media Platform from any and all liability arising from or related to this Promotion.
